Over several years, Hamburger Sparkasse has supported its transformation process through cross channel communication for employees. In live formats with varying thematic focuses, the goal was not only to explain change, but to stage it as a tangible experience that is emotional, inclusive, and motivating. Transformation was not to be communicated as an abstract objective, but experienced as a lived conviction.
